Food

This is one of our most enjoyable perks! We offer a full breakfast at all Pivotal Locations five days a week. Whether you’re looking for scrambled eggs, bagels, oatmeal or fresh fruit, it’s likely our breakfast hosts will stock it for you. Start the day with a full stomach so you can focus on what’s ahead.

Snacks & Drinks

Of course we all get hungry and thirsty throughout the day. A full range of sodas, prepackaged snacks and fresh fruit are available for self-selection. And if there’s something in particular you’re after, just ask! We’re happy to order it in for you.

Health

To take the worry out of healthcare, Pivotal Labs is proud to pay 100% of employee premiums and up to 70% of dependent partner/ spousal premiums in the United States. Our program includes medical, dental, vision, and life coverage, along with disability coverage and counseling via the employee assistance program.

Brown Bags

The tech world innovates at an amazing pace. To keep you informed, we invite guest speakers once a week to most Pivotal locations to talk about the hot topics. It’s informal, we ask lots of questions, and it can help you learn and grow as Pivots.

Pivot Ping Pong

We work hard and we like to have fun as well! Our ‘Pivot Ping Pong’ gives you the opportunity to step away from the machines and clear your head in a social setting. Every campus has tables, we have a competition ladder and even our principals get involved!

Social Events

We keep the fridges full for social events and also like to head offsite to let off steam at least once a month. Oh, and we pick up the tab! Our employees are a pretty social bunch and many friendships have sprouted through a life at Pivotal.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

We offer 15 days paid vacation leave every year (that’s based on Monday through Friday). We encourage you to take a break at least once a year. We also offer 10 paid public holidays which you can build around your vacation leave should you wish.

Sick Days

We offer 9 paid sick days a year, and ask you to stay away from the office if you’re not well.
