Don't just throw runtime exceptions when disabling NSObject's
init because you're using a designated initializer instead. Be friendly to your fellow software developers and mark the original
init method as unavailable with the following compiler attribute:

If you're programmatically updating a bunch of records and don't want to touch the timestamps (perhaps for a migration of data for example), then you can use
